i have never in my life had more resources with which to acquire more stuff while at the same time having an utter disdain for acquiring more stuff.

i sort of feel like getting a tattoo, something to do with fire and change: transmutation. on the other hand, tattoos are relatively permanent and i'm still of the mind that i'd like the option to 'rm -rf' all of this fire-related rambling at my whim. i wouldn't want the tattoo to be a badge; "this happened to me, see?!?" -- that wouldn't be right. a tattoo like that would keep you up at night.

we're gonna have a bbq, sometime soon, but we're not exactly sure when (we've really gotta do some stuff at the house and we'd like that part to be overwith). if you'd like to attend, email me with weekends in October that don't work for you.
