we took a mental vacation today. well, mostly. we didn't visit the house. we did still go out shopping to replace things (shoes, reptile stuff, toolbox), then we spent several hours at Adobe, visiting with pets.

we caught up with phone and ren last night; that was great!

the terrible showerhead in the place we're staying got fixed today and now it's WAY better.

we got the full complement of coverage on the landscaping that got burnt up! also, the house has no asbestos and the foundation is undamaged (they're not going to check it now, but later if need be).

if anybody has (electronic) pictures of the gazebo or the hottub, we would like copies. i've already been through my flickr and stuff and didn't find what i wanted.

actually, if you've got any pictures of the physical structure of our house, especially on the hottub/bedroom/livingroom end of the house, we would really like copies! email them to cgw, ok?
